Alan Tuerkheimer, M.A., J.D. Alan Tuerkheimer, M.A., J.D. relies upon his background in psychology and the law in his role as a litigation consultant. He has extensive experience conducting jury research including focus groups, mock trials, on-line surveys (zOpinion) and venue attitude surveys. Tuerkheimer has also worked with trial teams across the country on jury selection, trial observation, shadow juries and post-trial interviews. Recently, he analyzed and wrote about recent trends in securities litigation.Tuerkheimer is a member of the American Society of Trial Consultants (ASTC) and frequently publishes in related publications, Court Call, The Jury Expert, and Wisconsin Lawyer. He has taught trial techniques to the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and spoke at the American Bar Association and the Illinois Bar. Tuerkheimer has extensive experience conducting jury research including focus groups, mock trials, on-line surveys and venue attitude surveys. He earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and graduate and undergraduate work in Psychology from Connecticut College and University of Wisconsin, respectively.
