Bill Grimes Bill Grimes has been a communication professional since 1974. His experience as a litigation and communication consultant is built upon more than 15 years as a broadcast journalist. Since then, Grimes has been designing and conducting jury research, preparing witnesses and doing post-trial juror interviews for more than a decade.He supports attorneys and their trial teams by helping them effectively communicate their cases to a judge or jury. Although he works in many types of civil matters, nearly 60% of his consulting experience centers around product liability litigation. He has worked on trials involving tires, small appliances, automobiles, tobacco, drugs and medical devices.
