Bill Grimes Bill Grimes has been a communications professional for over 30 years. He has been helping attorneys and their witnesses effectively communicate to juries and other triers of fact since 1990. His trial consulting expertise is built upon several years as a communications consultant to political candidates, corporate executives and representatives of prominent organizations, and fifteen years as a broadcast journalist. His background as a journalist—fashioning complex issues into concise, digestible themes—is invaluable in helping trial lawyers and witnesses persuade jurors.
Grimes provides strategic communication consulting in a variety of cases. They have included intellectual property, contracts, antitrust, employment discrimination, toxic tort and malpractice. In addition to witness preparation and opening statement and closing argument assistance, Grimes conducts post-trial juror interviews, case-specific jury research, and produces trial and settlement video productions.
Grimes supports attorneys and their trial teams by helping them effectively communicate their cases to a judge or jury.
Grimes is an active member of the American Bar Association (ABA) and the American Society of Trial Consultants (ASTC) where he serves as a member of the Professional Standards Committee and Chair of the Professional Education Committee.
