Kristin Fitzgerald Kristin Fitzgerald has been a part of litigation and communication consulting with ZMF since 1999 and has a breadth of experience in both research communication and multimedia. Her project management background and organizational skills are invaluable for the coordinating of all ZMF focus groups nationwide. She has managed more than 100 focus groups ensuring flawless logistical planning while managing project deadlines and budgets. Recently, Fitzgerald has applied her skills to an extensive business communication project aimed at creating a unified and contented workforce for a multi-national manufacturing company. Kristin has overseen the proposed communication plan following zOpinion research of over 300 salaried employees. The plan includes the development and the maintenance of company intranet, redesign of employee newsletter, and production of organizational announcements. Fitzgerald’s project management background and organizational skills are invaluable for the scheduling of focus groups and trials for clients nationwide. Prior to her current position as Business Communication Consultant and Coordinator, Fitzgerald was a Visual Consultant in the Multimedia department where she worked on all aspects of trial graphic development, from concept through final production. Her experience also includes pretrial preparation of documents and video depositions and in-trial support to attorneys and corporations using various trial presentation software programs.
