John Eamigh John Eamigh brings more than 20 years of graphics and presentation experience to his role as Senior Presentation Technology Consultant. Having extensive courtroom and war room experience, Eamigh has provided on-site support for over 100 civil and criminal cases in federal and state courts nationwide including complex multi-party litigation, arbitrations, Markman and summary judgment hearings, focus groups and mock trials.Eamigh's areas of expertise include: design and support of courtroom and war room technology, presentation support, litigation database administration, complex data conversion, graphics design, digital photographic imaging, and video editing. He is known for his exceptional ability to work under extreme deadlines with a multitude of clients and diverse personalities. Since 1979, Eamigh worked with myriad companies in the private sector, as well as city, state and federal government agencies, providing graphics, animation for video and film, 3D architectural visualizations and Web page design. In 1996, Eamigh began his career in trial consulting and in 1999, he joined inData Corporation (creators of TrialDirector) and later joined ZMF in 2002. Eamigh has lectured on presentation technology at the ASTC, various state bar association events, published by the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education and quoted in technical articles. Eamigh also provides beginning to advanced client training in the effective use of presentation technology. Eamigh is requested by name by clients on a regular basis and his experience makes him an invaluable asset. |
