• Minimum 4+ years prior, relevant experience
• Superior client management skills, including ability to nurture and develop client relationships 
• Highly skilled in managing projects (i.e., scoping, budgeting, managing teams, troubleshooting, etc.) 
• Superior skills in MS PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator; working knowledge of Final Cut Pro, Maya, Flash, Acrobat 
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written 
• Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours when necessary 
• Travel required
  

• Proficient in using litigation presentation and graphics software
• Strong technical skills for PCs and network environments 
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with the ability to respond appropriately under pressure and to effectively resolve problems 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written 
• Experienced in the legal environment and/or thorough understanding of the requirements of litigation support software, legal documents and procedural requirements 
• Heavy travel for extended periods of time
  

• Minimum 5+ years prior, transferable experience as a trial consultant
• Minimum Master's degree (Ph.D. preferred) in social science discipline (i.e., communication, psychology) 
• Excellent client management skills, including ability to nurture and develop client relationships 
• Ability to market our services, in conjunction with our Business Development initiatives 
• Excellent project management skills (i.e., scoping, budgeting, delivery, managing others, troubleshooting, etc.) 
• Impeccable communication (i.e., oral, written and platform), and interpersonal skills 
• Able to work extended hours and/or weekends when necessary
• Significant to heavy travel
